“How Good is Grace and Dignity”

Two year-old Grace and Dignity notched her second win by speeding to the lead in a $61,000 Allowance Optional Claiming going 6 furlongs on the Tapeta at Woodbine with race caller Robert Geller asking “Just how good is Grace and Dignity?”

Owned by Michael Iavarone, Jules Iavarone, Edward Hart and Bob Sauter, the daughter of Animal Kingdom – Precision Farming by Smart Strike  was bred in Ontario by Anderson Farms Ontario Inc.

Her second win in two career starts, Grace and Dignity was impressive winning the 6 furlong sprint in a time of 1:08.77 under a hand ride by Jockey Eurico Rosa Da Silva for trainer Catherine Day Phillips.

This was the 21st win of the season for Catherine Day Phillips who has been in the winner’s enclosure in 9 of her last 14 starts since September 23 at Woodbine.
