Split My Pants in a come from behind Win

Angled wide to find running room from behind a wall of horses, Split My Pants with Jockey Emma-Jayne Wilson aboard made a rousing run down the stretch to surge past the front runners for the win in the 12th race on Queen’s Plate Day at Woodbine.

Trained by Catherine Day Phillips this $67,500 Allowance going one mile on Woodbine’s new inner turf course is the first win of the season for the now 5 year old gelding owned by Doug Anderson, Rita Eskudt, Peter Mosakos, Kingfield Racing Stable Ltd. and Carneige Hill Stable.

An Ontario bred son of Victor’s Cry out of the Anderson and Eskudt mare Hot Pants, Split My Pants improved his record to 4 wins and 7 seconds in 21 starts lifetime with close to $200,000 in earnings.
